The hotel was clean. Good variety for breakfast. The only thing that could have been better was the bed. We slept ok but the bed was hard, needed a foam topper or something! Maybe needs a replacement.
Adequate. Breakfast scanty at 8:30 - some bins empty, no tea at breakfast or in rooms. Phone not connected. Nice beds, all clean, staff friendly and responsive.
Good location if you’ve got a car (only 8min to Santa Fe downtown!) and front desk staff were lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning in the room is very loud, I’m not often noise sensitive but the loud fan bothered me all night; same with the auto fan in the bathroom which turns on with the light - very loud. Breakfast was included but hot water dispenser was broken with no alternatives: no regular drinking water, no hot water kettle. I’m not a coffee drinker so if you’re the same you’re stuck with juices. That was a big letdown for me personally (hot water is a must for me with meals/daily going’s on).
Ramada Santa Fe, clean, larger hotel. Reasonably priced, however the location’s roadway is extremely busy throughout much of the day. Hotel was not noisy during my stay, nor did road noise bother me. Be aware of personal items left in vehicles. Area has concerns with theft, I did not witness any concerns or issues, but the hotel management has signs posted throughout the parking areas. I would consider staying here again if in the area. Weekend rates are much higher than normal.
Not far from the plaza area. Good price room was nice. Largest complaint was the breakfast service. They have a warmer yet they served elementary school style pizza for breakfast!!! For the rates I highly recommend doing something other than pizza for breakfast. However was nice and clean
The staff was great and responded quickly to our needs. The room didn't smell fresh as I expected but was clean,. Bed was very comfortable. Location finder on the we site was wrong and we drove around in circles for at least 20 minutes before we called the office to get directions. The host said that someone was lost the night before for the same reason. That was especially frustrating since we didn't arrive until 11 pm.
Easy to get around town even with Friday traffic. Great room, comfortable and quiet. Everything was clean and in working order
The Radisson was easy to find 8n Santa Fe NM. It is very conveniently located to the old town plaza and various other shops and restaurants. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. They had breakfast, however due to my dietary issues Iwas unable to eat there.
